My Gear…

Below is a list of my gear and equipment that I use to capture, print and deliver these amazing images. Equipment may very well change or be complimented with more over time. Generally in terms of capturing new images, if I am staying closer to home I would limit myself to between one and two lens (depending on the destination) with a medium sized bag. This would also let me carry some water and something to eat.

For longer trips or somewhere further away that I may not visit again or at least not go back for some time I would break out the larger bag that comfortably fits all the gear as well as some extra space for again water and food.

Fujifilm XF 23mm f2.8 R WR

Review in progress

The work horse of the operation, the Canon Pixma Pro 200 paired with specialized Canon photo paper produces beautiful quality crisp prints with amazing detail retention. Delivering prints up to A3+ in size.

The 33mm 1.4 is easily the sharpest lens in my bag at the moment and probably I have ever used. Attached to the X-T5 is a winning combination for street photography and environmental portraiture.

Giving that extra reach the 50-140mm gives great image quality with some nice compression to really make images pop. Great for portraits and landscapes.

Fujifilm XF 50-140mm f2.8 WR OIS Lens

This is absolutely one of the best lens’ I have owned. The 16-55mm has been in my camera bag for almost 10 years now and has never faltered on image quality or sharpness.

This has got to be one of the best value lens I have owned. Not only that the picture quality produced definitely rivals and even surpasses its main competitors that are double of not more in price. Producing beautiful Bokeh and compression I know that when I am using this I will get stunning results.

Viltrox 75mm 1.2 Pro

An outstanding retro styled camera. I have owned this camera for about a year now and combined with some great glass and the Fujifilm recipes I have manage to capture some truly great images.

Fujifilm X-T5 Mirrorless Camera Body

The Fujifilm X-e5 is the newest member of the pack and is mainly used for street photography and short trips where large amounts of gear are not needed. Its small form factor together with the 23mm is ideal for street and travel and packs a punch with its powerful 40.2MP sensor.

The DJI Osmo Pocket 3 is now my main workhorse in terms of creating video content. I have only just started to unpack the full potential of this powerful tool, I don’t need to worry about shaky video due the the gimbal creating smooth creamy panning shots. Check back for videos coming soon.
